Manyadai Gomi

Manyadaigomi is a ramen shop in Seoul that serves tonkotsu, karai and cold ramen. It uses handmade noodles and a thick pork bone broth, and the karai ramen comes with a spicy sauce on top. Orders are placed at a self-service ticket machine, and the shop has about four tables for two, with rice refills and extra noodles available. One person runs the shop, so waits are long and the waiting space is small.
