Mama Handmade Dumplings

Mama Suje Mandu is a dumpling shop on the main road directly in front of Saejeol Station in Seoul. It serves dim sum and pan-fried mandu, and its Shandong jjajang has a fermented bean paste flavor rather than a strong sweetness. Eggplant fries, fried rice, and jjamppong are also available to order. The dim sum wrappers are on the slightly thick side.
