Jungwhawon Yeonsinnae is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves haemul nurungji tang and jjambbong. The haemul nurungji tang adds a thick starch sauce to seafood and vegetables, and the jjambbong is stir-fried with coarse red pepper powder for a smoky flavour and a rich broth. Ingredients are added to a heated pan one by one so the dish finishes with a sizzling sound, and extra side dishes are taken self-service. The jjajangmyeon is ordinary.
