Igim Sundubu is a restaurant in Eungam-dong, Seoul, that serves sundubu and kodari jjim made with hand-made tofu from Jangdan soybeans. The sundubu is made by grinding Paju Jangdan soybeans in-house, without commercial tofu, and looks like gyeranjjim; whole tofu and kodari jjim are served as well. The owner runs the place alone in an old-fashioned way and serves house-made kimchi alongside. Sundubu comes in one pot even for two servings, so you need someone to share it with.
