Hyewon Samgyetang

Hyewon Samgyetang is a long-standing samgyetang restaurant in Seoul that also serves dak kalguksu. Its samgyetang broth is light, and the kimchi is a notable part of the meal. The deulkkae dak kalguksu combines chicken broth with chewy noodles and vegetables, and the noodles hold up without getting soggy. Staff at the hall can be curt and sometimes do not respond when asked questions.
