Hwapo Sikdang Yeonsinnae Branch

Hwaposikdang Yeonsinnae Branch is a grill restaurant in Seoul that cooks pork and beef at the table. Staff grill thick pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly) and serve them with salt, raw wasabi, myeongi namul, and hairtail salted fish innards. Staff explain the order in which to eat the meat, and a set menu lets you choose between kimchi stew and doenjang jjigae. Naengmyeon (cold noodles) can also be ordered. Portions are on the small side.
