Hwangsan Huoguo Seong

Hwangsan Huoguo Seong is a Chinese restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving malatang and hot pot on the second floor of a commercial building across from Exit 2 of Gupabal Station. Diners split a single pot between hongtang and baitang broths and order dishes such as guobaorou, Chinese boiled dumplings, and corn noodles alongside it. The malatang is served as a pot boiled from the start rather than as a bowl of ingredients chosen and assembled by the customer. Portions are large, so ordering several dishes can leave food unfinished.
