Hoetjip Sanine

Hoetjip Sanine is a raw-fish restaurant in the Bulgwang Station food alley that specializes in aged hoe and serves thick slices of fish. Orders come with two plates of aged hoe, basic side dishes, and maeuntang. A lunch special is also available, and the hoe course brings the soup after the raw fish. Aged hoe has a less springy and more chewy texture than live-fish hoe.
