H3 bistro is a small restaurant in the Yeonsinnae food alley of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving pasta, risotto, and hambak steak. Its menu includes cream hambak, tomato eggplant pasta, and seafood cream pasta, along with potato croquettes and a salad before the meal. The dining room has about five tables, and certain pastas are sold in limited quantities each day. Parking is difficult.
