Gibun Sushi

Gimbun Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe-deopbap and sushi omakase. The salmon hoe-deopbap comes with flying fish roe, vegetables, and seaweed, and is served with cod soup, steamed egg, and gim. Reservations are available through Naver, and the kitchen adjusts the amount of wasabi and omits sushi you cannot eat. The dining space is very small.
