Farm Story Butcher Restaurant

Nongjang Iyagi Jeongyuk Sikdang is a butcher-style restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, selling cuts of American beef and Korean pork. When an order is placed, the meat is trimmed and served, and diners eat several cuts together as a beef set or a sohanmari pan. A doenjang jjigae is boiled in the center of the grill, and staff refill the side dishes and stew on their own. The tables are placed close together, which makes moving around inconvenient.
