Eunpyeong Guksu

Eunpyeong Guksu is a small noodle shop in a neighborhood of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving noodles, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and gimbap. Its representative combination is yubu gimbap with eolkeun kimchi sujebi, which contains plenty of kimchi and vegetables. The sujebi combines hand-kneaded dough with anchovy broth and kimchi, a bowl of rice is free, and the tables fill up at lunch. Bibim noodles and maekom sujebi are spicy, so order them without Cheongyang chili peppers.
