Eolkeun Beoseot Mandu Jeongol is a hand-made dumpling restaurant in Seoul that serves spicy mushroom dumpling hot pot and beef mushroom dumpling hot pot. The large king dumplings have a soft filling with crisp bits, and the broth is made from sagol ugeoji; the spice level is adjusted when you order. At lunch, a bowl of rice is added, and the dumpling hot pot can be ordered for takeout and keeps its texture after being frozen. The service is unpolished and brusque.
