Dunnae Makguksu

Dunnae Makguksu is a buckwheat noodle restaurant near Bukhansan in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving mul makguksu and bibim makguksu. The mul makguksu pairs chewy, soft buckwheat noodles with a clean, cold broth, and the bibim makguksu sauce is mild so it does not mask the buckwheat flavor. The gamjajeon is pan-fried crisp on the outside and moist inside. Seating is on the floor, which makes sitting for a long time uncomfortable.
