Dosaegi Sikdang

Dosaegi Sikdang is a Seoul restaurant in Galhyeon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, where black pork collar and pork belly from Jeju are grilled over charcoal. The meat is cut thick and cooked on a cast-iron griddle in the Genghis Khan style. The owner grills the meat at the start and returns to tend it when the restaurant is busy. It sits slightly away from the main Yeonsinnae strip.
