Daon Sanghoe

Daon Sanghoe is a restaurant in Seoul that grills jjok galbi and deung galbi over charcoal. The jjok galbi comes in a sweet-and-salty sauce or a spicy version, and is pre-cooked so it only needs a short finish on the grill. The deung galbi arrives nearly cooked, and the jumeokbap is served for parties of two or more. On weekends and in the evening, the waiting seats are insufficient, so people may have to stand while waiting.
