Daon Katsu

Daon Katsu is a restaurant in Yeonsinnae, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, that serves donkatsu. Its mixed katsu comes with deungsim, ansim, and shrimp, and the meat is seasoned beforehand so it is eaten without sauce. The deungsim is tender and the ansim is light, and the soup served with the meal is udong gukmul rather than eomuk gukmul. Prices are on the high side.
