Daeseonggak is a Chinese restaurant near the Eunpyeong-gu Office in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its noodles are green, made with chives, and the jjamppong arrives in a ttukbaegi so it stays hot for a long time. Side dishes are refilled during the meal without asking, and the dumplings are densely filled. Cold jjamppong is available only in summer, and the jjajangmyeon leans sweet.
