Daelojib

Daerojip is a meat restaurant near Exit 8 of Bulgwang Station in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, grilling pork offcuts and samgyeopsal (pork belly). Ppolsal and galmaegisal are the signature cuts, with samgyeopsal and pork jowl cooked on a stone plate and the leaner galmaegisal over charcoal. The large space seats groups, and the menu includes liver and cheonyeop, with jeyuk bokkeum and doenjang jjigae available at lunch. The naengmyeon (cold noodles) is closer to milmyeon, and the flavor falls short.
