Daejo Sundaeguk

Daejo Sundaeguk is a sundae gukbap restaurant in Daejo-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, near Bulgwang Station and New Core. It serves sundae gukbap, seonji haejangguk, and bone haejangguk, with a clear, low-fat broth that holds plenty of pork and is eaten with chopped chili and perilla seed powder. Each table has instructions for eating the sundae gukbap well, and the restaurant stays open until 11 p.m., so a 10 p.m. visit is possible. It closes on Sundays and no longer operates 24 hours as it once did.
