Chungmu Kalguksu

Chungmu Kalguksu is a restaurant next to Eunpyeong-gu Office in Nokbeon, Seoul, serving bossam and kalguksu. Its signature dish, gul bossam, pairs pork suyuk with spicy gul kimchi made with raw oysters, chestnuts, and pear. After moving to a second-floor building beside Eunpyeong-gu Office, all seating became table-and-chair style, and a wait can form during meal times. The kalguksu noodles are commercial udon noodles rather than kalguksu noodles.
