Junghwa Daebanjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its jaengban jjajang is finished with a smoky fire flavor, and its samseon jjamppong comes with a generous amount of seafood. The restaurant also offers course meals by day of the week. The jaengban jjajang contains a lot of chili oil, so it is divisive.
