Bultina Son Mandu

Bultina Son Mandu is a dumpling shop in Seoul that makes its hand dumplings and memil noodles by hand, run by a master with 50 years of experience. It serves meat, kimchi, and whole dumplings along with mandu kalguksu and bibim memil, and the wrappers are moderately thick and chewy with full fillings. The mandu kalguksu comes in a clear, light broth with the dumplings unbroken, and the basic dumplings are a soft king-size style. Warm steam rises from the front of the shop.
