Bukhansan Okryugwan Charcoal Grilled Ribs

Bukhansan Ongnyugwan Sutbulgalbi is a charcoal grill restaurant on the roadside past Gupabal at the foot of Bukhansan in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. It serves pork galbi and beef galbi, grilling marinated pork galbi and samgyeopsal over charcoal and also offering naengmyeon. The machine-cut naengmyeon comes with thin noodles and a moderate amount of seasoning. Wang galbitang, chadol doenjang jjigae, and yukhoe are also on the menu.
