Bonghwagol

Bonghwagol is a Seoul restaurant serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), dalkgalbi, and gochujang samgyeopsal. The meat is partially grilled before it is served, and doenjang samgyeopsal and gochujang samgyeopsal are signature dishes. The restaurant has operated in the same location for more than 10 years. Doenjang jjigae comes with rice, and the doenjang- and gochujang-marinated meat needs to be turned continuously so it does not burn.
