Bae Yeosa Bossam Samhap Bindaetteok

Baeyeosa Bossam Samhap Bindae-tteok is an old restaurant in Galhyeon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving bossam, hongeo samhap, and bindae-tteok. The samhap, made with domestic hongeo, meat, and oysters, is the signature dish. The hongeo is fermented only lightly, so the flavor is mild. Many customers come for it with makgeolli.
