Auseong Hwangso Gopchang

Auseong Hwangso Gopchang is a restaurant in the gopchang alley of Yeonsinnae, Seoul, serving grilled beef intestines such as gopchang, daechang, and makchang. The mixed grill also includes honeycomb tripe and heart. The intestines are par-grilled before serving, so food arrives about 20 minutes after ordering, and a flame show is part of the process. The mixed grill portion is smaller than at other beef intestine restaurants.
