Arisanchae is a Chinese restaurant run by overseas Chinese in a remote part of Seoul, serving jjajang, jjamppong, tangsuyuk and rice bowls. Its ganjjajang is made by gently stir-frying chunjang for a deep flavor, and its jjamppong has a clean yet spicy broth. The restaurant is always crowded, with a very long line of waiting customers at 6:30 in the evening. The dining room is very loud.
