Unagiya Hanamichi Namba Restaurant

Unagiya Kado Namba is an eel restaurant near Namba Station, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market in Osaka. Its signature dish, hitsumabushi, is eaten in stages: first the eel plain, then with green onion and wasabi, and finally as ochazuke with broth poured over the rice. Counter seats look onto the grill where the eel is cooked, and the interior is clean. The eel is served boneless and tender.
