鮨し禅

Sushi Shizen is a ten-seat sushi restaurant serving an omakase course, a five-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station in Osaka. The course includes seasonal fish nigiri and uni, with unlimited drinks such as highballs and sake. At the hinoki counter the chef forms each piece of sushi in front of you, explains the menu in English, and asks about allergies at the start. Seating is limited to ten seats.
