Cafe Eikokuya

Cafe Eikokuya is a British-style kissaten in the basement of Namba City Main Building, next to Nankai Namba Station in Osaka. It serves waffles, chiffon cake, coffee jelly ice, and parfaits, with antique tableware and retro interiors. Morning menus run from 8 to 11 a.m., hot tea comes in a pot, and hot coffee includes one refill. Smoking and non-smoking seats are separated, but cigarette smoke reaches the non-smoking seats.
