BAKE the SHOP Daimaru Shinsaibashi

BAKE the SHOP Daimaru Shinsaibashi is a dessert counter on the basement first floor of the Daimaru Shinsaibashi main building in Osaka. It sells cheese tarts and apple pies, with the cheese tart and the custard apple pie as its main items. The cheese tart fills a crisp tart shell with a soft, rich cheese filling. Cheese tarts are displayed in plain, chocolate, matcha, Amaou strawberry, and cherry blossom rice cake flavors, and on weekend afternoons a line of a few people forms.
