Shiawase no Pancake Shinsaibashi is a dessert cafe in the basement of a building in Nishishinsaibashi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, serving souffle pancakes and roll cakes. On weekend afternoons the wait runs 30 minutes to an hour, and after ordering through a QR menu the pancakes take about 15 minutes to arrive.
