Yubu Shinjo

Yubusinjo is a yubu sushi restaurant in Cheongdang-dong, Cheonan. Its yubu sushi comes topped with tuna mayo, cream shrimp, and flying fish roe, and is also served as a set with udon. The cold udon has chewy noodles in a rich broth, while the chadolchi bokkeum is made with cheese, fish cake, cheese rice cake, and udon. The yubu sushi pieces are large enough that they are difficult to eat in one bite.
