Shokuji Sinbu

Shokuji Sinbu-jeom is a Japanese restaurant in Cheonan. Its signature dish is tendon, a rice bowl topped with two shrimp, chili, lotus root, shiitake mushroom, eggplant, egg, and seaweed; it also serves sakedon and cube steak rice bowls. The small shop has four to five tables plus wall and counter seating. The tendon takes a considerable amount of time to come out.
