Ijawa

Izawa is a gyukatsu restaurant near the express bus terminal in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan. The gyukatsu is fried crisp on the outside and served medium rare, then finished on a personal grill to the diner's preferred doneness. Rice and salad can be refilled. The grill plate is sometimes replaced before being asked.
