The Himssen Bada Jangeo

The Himssen Bada Jangeo is an eel restaurant in Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, serving thick grilled sea eel and anago hoe. Staff grill each eel at the table and bring the sauce on the side so diners can dip to their own taste. One eel is large enough that four people can eat it with some left over, and the seasoning is not salty. The eel is on the expensive side for Busan.
