Seungriui Tongdak

Seungriui Tongdak in Sajik-dong, Busan, is a chicken restaurant serving dishes such as dak jiri-tang, fried chicken, and chicken skin. Its representative dishes are dak jiri-tang made with plenty of ttaengcho peppers and dak modum gui, served with tender chicken and a cool broth. It is open from 1 p.m. to midnight, and the salad dressing is picked up at the self-service bar while the broth is refilled at tables from time to time.
