Seogjeong

Seokjeong is a Japanese omakase restaurant in the Oncheoncheon cafe street of Dongnae-gu, Busan, serving seafood-focused courses. The course includes 1++ Hanwoo beef hoe and seasonal seafood, and ends with a flower crab doenjang jjigae. A couple runs the small dining room, so reservations are required a few days in advance. When the room fills up, service slows down.
