Sajik Ilmi

Sajik Ilmi is a galbi restaurant in Sajik-dong, Busan, serving pork yangnyeom galbi and spicy yangnyeom dwaeji galbi. It is the second branch of Ilmi Bulgalbi, and the focus is old-style yangnyeom galbi grilled gently over yeontan charcoal. The owner pre-grills the meat when the grilling pace cannot keep up with how fast diners eat. The marinade is so sweet that ordering more is difficult.
