Pungmilang

Pungmirang is a 7080 retro-style grill house in Allak-dong, in the Oncheoncheon cafe street of Busan, serving pork makchang and pork. Pork collar, makchang and kkorangdaengisal are grilled over charcoal, and the pork collar is aged with barley. The makchang and kkorangdaengisal arrive pre-cooked, so they need only a little more time on the table grill. Tortillas, several sauces and side dishes come alongside.
