Naengsamjib

Naengsamjip serves naengsam and geubnaeng modeum at its Banyeodong and Anrak locations in Busan. The geubnaeng modeum combines several cuts, with pudding gyeran jjim and doenjang ramen containing chadol served alongside it. Side dishes and kimchi are also grilled on the griddle. The meat cooks quickly and has a moist, tender texture, while the pudding gyeran jjim is soft.
