Minam Kalguksu

Minam Kalguksu is a restaurant near Minam Station in the Dongnae Sajik and Oncheonjang area of Busan, serving kalguksu, sujebi, haemul pajeon, and mandu. The standard order is basic kalguksu or kimchi kalguksu with ttaengcho ddaegi added. Adding ttaengcho makes the broth spicy, and it goes well with danmuji. The restaurant moved to its current location from a small, worn storefront on the main road.
