Menchobi

Men Chobi is a Japanese restaurant in Dongnae Market in Busan that serves ramen and mazesoba. It makes shio and shoyu ramen in a broth with a strong chicken flavor, and also serves mazesoba with thick noodles. A line forms before opening, so it closes early. Both the shio and shoyu broths are salty.
