Magdoljib

Makdoljip is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant near Minam Station in Busan. It serves makchang, pork rind, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and doenjang jjigae together. The makchang arrives partially grilled, so it needs less time on the grill, and is served with doenjang sauce for dipping. Set A is sized for two people.
