Jeontong Sikdang

Jeontong Sikdang is a restaurant in the Sajik-dong market in Busan that serves suyuk, braised mackerel, doenjang, and seasoned gejang. The table is filled with six or seven kinds of namul and side dishes. Rice mixed with barley is served in a bowl, and diners mix in namul and doenjang themselves. Lettuce and perilla leaves grown in the restaurant's garden also come to the table.
