Jeontong Gomjangeo

Traditional Gomjangeo grills bung-eo over charcoal in the gomjangeo alley of Dongnae Market in Busan. It serves frozen gomjangeo as salt-grilled and seasoned-grilled, and the owner grills it over direct charcoal fire outside. Customers can eat in the store or order takeout, and it closes around 9 p.m. Because the gomjangeo is frozen, the texture is not the same as fresh gomjangeo.
