Jamae Bunsik

Jamaebunsik is a shop in Dongnae Market in Busan that serves son kalguksu, bibim kalguksu, and gimbap. The kalguksu comes in a rich broth, the bibim kalguksu is dressed in a spicy red sauce, and the gimbap contains yubu. Portions are generous, and in summer naengguksu and kongguksu are also available. At lunchtime the shop fills with customers, so you wait until a seat opens.
