Jaejinine

Jaejinni is a restaurant near Dongnae Market in Busan that serves daegu ppol gui, ppol jjim, and monkfish jjim. Slightly dried cod cheek meat is grilled in oil, placed on a hot stone plate, and topped with a green onion and onion sauce, giving it a crisp outside and a chewy inside. The location between Suan Station on Line 4 and the Dongnae Market bus stop is awkward, but parking at the Injung Market public parking lot provides one hour of parking support. Inside the market alley, the setting is plain.
