Gungmin Saeng Agujjim Sajik is a monkfish restaurant in an alley in Busan. It serves agujjim and monkfish bulgogi, the latter made with soft monkfish, mushrooms, grilled scallions, rice cakes and gonjac, finished in a cauldron that gives it a smoky aroma. A clear monkfish soup and side dishes come with the bulgogi. The dining room is small, so seating is limited.
